Package Your Items
Carefully disassemble your bed frame or place your mattress in the provided protective transit bag to ensure it remains clean during transport.
Schedule a Pickup
For large items like mattresses and frames, we will coordinate a professional courier service to collect the products directly from your bedroom at no extra cost.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse confirms the receipt of your items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
